01 · About
My name is Luis González, and I like solving real problems. I work as a forward deployed engineer: I sit inside your context, not outside it, and build the thing that actually ships. Over 18 years I've worn every hat: mobile, backend, frontend, product. Today I focus on taking products through their full lifecycle: from architecture to a secure cloud deployment.
I build fast, but I build secure. A background in cloud security and incident response shows up in every layer. I also run Ignite Technologies, where we build and maintain several SaaS products of our own.

Turning a business problem into a real system: data model, stack, multi-tenant from day one.
Laravel backends, React frontends, mobile apps: React Native, in-app purchases, health data integrations.
Multi-tenant RAG chatbots (Qdrant + OpenAI embeddings, two-layer guardrails), messaging platforms across WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, and agentic workflows with persistent project memory.
Docker on DigitalOcean, on-prem to cloud migrations, DNS and object storage, zero-downtime deploys.
Compromised-account remediation, cloud security audits, and formal reports with phased remediation plans.
Scrum, roadmap, and shipping. I can run the delivery, not just write the code.
03 · Selected work

Restaurant point-of-sale built end to end: waiter tablets, kitchen display with per-order timers, cashier with split payments, and an admin dashboard. Electronic invoicing certified with SAT, with a contingency path when the certifier is unreachable.
WhatsApp automation for medical clinics: books appointments, answers from the clinic's own documents, and hands clinical questions to a human. Grounded by design: if the answer isn't in the documents, it doesn't invent one.
Site and mobile app for a nutrition practice in Guatemala: in-person and online booking, meal logging, progress tracking, and a direct line to the nutritionist. Shipped to both stores.
Personal finance app for couples. Designed, built and shipped to the store.
Applications living on a server in the office, containerized with Docker and moved to the cloud: object storage, DNS and the cutover itself, without taking the business offline.
Web platforms and internal tools built under NDA, across healthcare and enterprise.
